• Support implementation of the process improvement Plan for the Production/MRO areas
• Support and coordination of OES internal and transversal assessments Preparation of Excellence Committees, taking part for the distribution of actions and followup
• Deployment of Performance Management routines
• Supporting and managing Continuous Improvement
• Contributing to Improvement-projects, digital initiatives and people safety related topics
• Promoting and managing bottom-up ideas generation in the plants and sites
• Acting as improvement ambassador for internal and external communication

• You have completed a master's/diploma programme in project management or engineering 
• Expertise and knowledge in continuous improvement is required
• Knowledge on performance management routines is mandatory
• Experience in aerospace production or MRO will be appreciated
• SAP knowledge is a plus
• Your German and English language skills are business fluent
