Social Media Creator

Global Social Team is seeking a Social Media Producer/Creator 🔥🔥🔥to lead organic content creation and social media management across local platforms in Germany. 

This role is key to expanding the company's presence, engaging audiences, and aligning with global and local strategies.

🔥 Create original social content (videos, graphics, copy) for TikTok, Instagram, X, and more.

🔥 Manage and publish content, ensuring alignment with local and global strategies.

🔥 Collaborate with Comms, Marketing, Product, and Policy teams to develop impactful content.

🔥 Support integrated marketing campaigns with social-first content.

🔥 Engage in community management and cultural moments on behalf of Uber.

🔥 Analyze performance metrics to optimize engagement and audience growth.

🔥 Fluent in English & German (written and spoken).

🔥 2-4 years of social media experience, with strong copywriting and content creation skills.

🔥 Proficient in Canva & CapCut; Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects, and Photoshop are a plus.

🔥 Deep understanding of Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, and their in-app editing tools.

🔥 Experience with Sprinklr, BrandWatch, or similar social publishing tools is beneficial.

🔥 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple workflows.
