As a Software Quality Assurance Engineer (m/f/d), you take ownership where it truly matters: at the root of software development. You don’t chase bugs – you prevent them. In our team in Munich, you’ll be the essential link between engineering, process compliance and technical standards – making sure software quality is not just checked, but built in from the start.

• Plan and execute verification and validation activities throughout development

• Develop and maintain QA documentation, checklists and procedural guidelines

• Support and perform internal and external audits focused on software quality

• Collaborate with development teams, suppliers and customers to ensure compliance and traceability

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or similar

• Experience in software quality assurance, verification and validation

• Solid knowledge of software development lifecycles and standards

• Familiarity with relevant norms (e.g. ISO 25010, EN 50657, IEC 61508, IEEE 730)

• English fluency (C1 level or higher) – essential for daily collaboration
