• Program and operate 5-axis CNC machines (GROB, MAZAK) using HyperMill, Siemands 840D and Mazatrol SmoothX
• Independently control components with modern measuring equipment
• Optimize workflows and cutting tool usage
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering to improve processes and standards
• Support digital improvements and new equipment implementation

• Educational background as Cutting Machine Operator, CNC Programmer or CNC Technician (m/f/d)
• Work experience in CNC job setup
• Experience with 3-axis or 5-acis machining centers
• Proficiency in Conversational Programming and CAM systems (ideally HyperMill)
• Fluent in technical English, German is a plus
