Our philosophy: fair, transparent and collegial 

• Responsible for all activities in the manual machine shop including operating manual lathe and millingmachines, surface grinding machine, 3 axis CNC milling machine, as well as plasma cutting to produce high-quality components

• Perform the assembly of small components and assemblies, following work instructions, to ensure proper fit,alignment, and functionality
• Working on highly complex prototype and production components as well as tooling and fixtures used forproduction of our revolutionary product
• Inspect machined parts and assemblies using precision measuring instruments, maintaining adherence tospecifications
• Assist in material selection considering strength, weight, and industry requirements
• Troubleshoot issues during machining and assembly processes and make necessary adjustments

• Educational background as toolmaker, fitter, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator or similar (m/f/d)
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Toolmaking and Machining required
• Experience in the aerospace industry or in a prototype environment and CNC machining (Mazatrol SmoothX)
• Able to work with tight deadlines and urgencies
• Basic English language required; German language is beneficial
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
