• Ownership, autonomy and direct collaboration with leadership

• Support day-to-day office operations , supplies and facilities coordination
• Manage scheduling, calendars, meeting bookings and conference calls
• Act as first point of contact for guests, visitors and team members
• Assist with onboarding, team events and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide administrative support, including backing up the Executive Assistant

• Interest in office administration, office operations or people-focused roles
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, proactive and confident handling multiple tasks
• Comfortable using MS Office and standard digital tools
• Fluent in English; German (B1+) is a plus
