🔧 Your tasks

Leading the entire shift (FTEs and temp staff) – inbound, outbound & inventory control

Planning and delegating shopfloor tasks & team coordination

Ensuring compliance with internal procedures & process standards

First contact for staff on operational issues, safety, housekeeping, and training

Damage & complaint reporting, documentation, warehouse material handling

Daily & weekly reporting (internal and external)
✅ Your profile

Experience in leading teams in warehouse/logistics environment

Solid knowledge in WMS systems & MS Office

Fluent in German and English (spoken & written)

Willing to work flexible shifts – including night, Sundays & holidays

Hands-on, solution-driven and proactive leadership attitude
